♡ 23 ( +1 | -1 ) Great game, magic! Actually the longest game EVER, is 269 moves (I. Nikolic - Arsovic, Belgrade 1989) which ended in a draw. I would give the game score, but it would take up too much space :-)

♡ 90 ( +1 | -1 ) can't remember exactly...but i do remember a very long serious one i played from about 3 years ago. i would have been turning seventeen then. it was a very tight game that i played in edmonton, canada -- a game from a large tournament. this game was about 80-90 moves. i played a sicilian defense (i never play sicilian any more for some reason). anyway, i sacrificed a knight in the middlegame for two pawns and a try for an attack. there wasn't much of one there though, really. i was able to get almost even somehow though.... and the endgame was quite a struggle for him, but he was able to win it.
the game was fun. about 5 hours long. and afterwards me and my opponent decided to grab some food at a restaurant near the tournament site. we talked about fun things, and it was nice. it was late then though, so we were both tired, i think......i know i was. but it was a very relaxing, great way to end the day. oooo memories :)

♡ 37 ( +1 | -1 ) wow 269...ouch I don't think I'll be sane after that kicnd of game.
There are a lot of games where the game would be a draw no matter what happen but people think they can win and blunder away their chances. I hope some people might except some draw it doesn't mean that your opponent is trying to cheat you out of a win.

♡ 30 ( +1 | -1 ) one more thing alot of people on yahoo usually change the rated game to unrated when they are losing. It happen alot but I realized that it doesn't matter. You know you play a good game!..... I enjoy playing chess for the chess not for rating. I hope many of you do too.

♡ 24 ( +1 | -1 ) LongestMy longest OTB game that I have recorded is 64 moves. I'm sure other games have gone longer than that, but I don't have the notation because I stopped taking notation with under 5 minutes to play.

♡ 51 ( +1 | -1 ) Wow I would think most people would except a draw in certain position where either side have an advantage, instead of playing out till someone makes a blunder. But by your responds I guess it is not the case. I would offer a draw if I am certain a win is not easily obtain unless either side commits a blunder is this wrong or right? even with that said I do tend to look for a winning combination or take risk to win rather then to draw.

♡ 21 ( +1 | -1 ) I did offer a drawAnd he didn't want to because he was ahead by a pawn. They ended up being about five pawns, and he got a queen but I didn't feel like resigning, or it would have finished much earlier.
