analysis thought you guys might like to share some of my analysis of a game in progress..
white = jean_marc
black = indiana-gay

1.f4?! this move sucks
1...e5! great move by me.
2.Nf3? this move sucks. fxe5 better.
2...exf4! my pawn is after his king
3.d4? e3 more to point. leaves backward pawn
3...Qf6! prevents piece development
4.e4? fxe3 e.p.!! awesome move man! he didn't expect that. now he is sweating.
5.Bd3? Bxe3 was the only move
5....Nc6! now his pawn is threatened twice.

now my heavy pieces are going to get his. plan looks good so far. hehehe....

alternative analysis 1.f4! brilliant move.
1...e5?? an insult!
2.Nf3?? returning the favor
2...exf4 greed
3.d4! {e3? no way... d4 more aggresive}
3...Qf6 {prevents nothing... note opponent obsessed with f4 pawn}
4.e4 {waiting for fxe3 e.p.}
4... fxe3 e.p. {note opponent is predictable}
5.Bd3 {no rush you can't defend the e3 pawn anyway...}
5...Nc6 {for real do you think I'm trapped? did this ever cross your mind 6.Bxe3}
6. Bxe3
6... game postponed, opponent chocked... undergoing therapeutic treatment for the lose of his long beloved pawn...

re- i like your analzying better jean-marc its more correct and quite funny . losing a beloved pawn is horrific . may the lord have mercy on the dear departed pawn . and just maybe the departed player too lol. - yours bluebabygirl

Jean-Marc vs Jean_Marc Personally, I'm for jean_marc. He knows what he's talking about. He smashed me in less than 20 moves when we played each other !

Jean-Marc
PS: Beware of imitations...

White's position is clearly superior after the sixth move.

1. f2-f4 e7-e5 Isn't 1. f4 e5 called "From's Gambit" ?
I think 2.fxe5 is the usual move,
instead of Nf3.

I have met this gambit once. I played white.
Of course I won :D

Ahhhh Thank goodness we can still have fun and talk about chess. Or is this whole thread a farce?? I'm too gullible to tell the difference between sincerity and parody.
chessnovice ♡ 12 ( +1 | -1 )
... indiana-gay is the best parody of anything ever.
kremator ♡ 6 ( +1 | -1 )
Did anyone notice That so many players are playing from Gay's computer?
winslow_hendershot ♡ 21 ( +1 | -1 )
That means nothing! It could be public computers. Let's not start another ridiculous witch hunt when the spirit of this chess related post was humorous! Yay for indy! Even if this person chooses homosexuality. heh heh
kremator ♡ 19 ( +1 | -1 )
Hendershot His name is OBVIOUSLY making fun of Indiana-Jay. Also I don't think a public computer can be in the philippines and Indiana at the same time.
atrifix ♡ 8 ( +1 | -1 )
Who's indiana-jay?
baseline ♡ 3 ( +1 | -1 )
atrifix I think you got his point on the fiirst try!

The final chapter Our dear friend regained enough strength to barely keep on playing... although his inability to post greatly demolished his once great chess abilities he tried his best to steer up the hornet’s nest… but his labour bared no fruit his effort drowned in vain and in the country of the unknown he became a lost strange…this is how the story goes…

board #874640

6 … d5
7. Nc3 Qe6
8. Qd2 Bb4
9. O-O the time for patience has ended… my development is complete it is time to take what is rightfully mine…
9… Nge7 /Nf6 is better… the pawn it’s all about the pawn…
10. Ng5 knock knock
10… Qg4
11. Nxf7 jammi
11….Rf8? hmmm I guess he didn’t know that he could cast….
12. Ng5 Rxf1+ still aggravated over the sudden lose of his pawn…
13. Rxf1 Nxd4?? The aggravation has spilled over into madness… a knight you may be but by my hand you will die…
but first…
14. h3 Qh4 to late he recognized his mistake… but the sun has already settled…
15. Bf2 Ne2+ the sacrifice is welcomed but by far it is too little and it cannot feed my ever growing hunger… I want more…
16. Bxe2 Qh6
17. Qf4 Qg6
18. Be3 Nf5 /Bxc3 may have been better… but he would still be sailing in the storm…
19. Qxb4 /he is crumbling its only a matter of time now…. I want more…
19…Nxe3??! The oracle have predicted that the main hull would give way making elephant unstable and that the this would eventually lead to the game being won before the end of the 26:th move… is she right? Can you see it?
……………
20. Qf8+ Kd7
21. Rf7+ Kc6
22. Qe8+ Resigns
{22...Bd7 23.Qxd7+ Kc5 24.Qxc7+ Qc6 25.Ne6+ Kb4 26.a3#}

And my once mighty opponent finds himself leaving this place slowly vanishing remaining only as torn remnant of our once great imagination…
